One thing I noticed from Archie is that he truly acknowledges his fans. He's not a snob! Did you see how he looked at the person who called out his name? He does this all the time... he would either wave back at them or shake their hands or simply say hello back.

First of all, I want to thank jeffreychrist for getting me into the taping of MTV TRL today. We were not able to get opportunity to get a one on ome picture with them but it was a great experience nevertheless.
So it started this morning waiting for David Cook to come out of Regis and Kelly. It was interesting because some people recognized me and so when there was downtaime waiting, they were getting their picture with me and everyone was looking! Aaaaa… I was blushing, the pictures must have come out funny.
Unfortunately Archey wasn’t there which means we are coming back tomorrow.
So off to MTV now for the taping. We were part of the audience off camera. Jason Lewis was also there from the movie “Sex and the City”. So Cook and Archey came out and Archey was taller than I thought he would be (or I’m shorter than I thought). They “sang” the phonebook which was cute and there was a boxing match between 2 fans to see who was thr ultimate fan.
There was really no opportunity for pictures so we decided to leave after their segment. However as we were leaving we saw Cook and Archey in the corridor! Jodi (yes my companion for the day) whistled at David Cook!!! And then he looked back and waved. I then called out: Archey! And then he waved back.
So we left the studio and waited in the lobby. We called jeffrey to tell him that we weren’t able to get a picture, and he said he’ll come down and maybe he can do something.
A minute later Cook and Archey came with their security detail! OMG. When Cook was in front of us Jodi apologize for the whistle-thing… “How is a girl supposed to get your attention?” … And then he shook her hand. He then shook my hand and I said that my name was Rickey. He said hi Rickey. I asked for a picture but the security guy said no pictures in the building. I then looked for Archey and called to him. He was about to look but the security guy stopped him! But he heard me. They then went to the elevator.
While wondering what just happened jeffrey arrived. He then said that we might be able to catch them at the corner where they come out. And so we ran! Hahaha.
Outside there was already a mob but I was able to get a short video. I shouted Archey again and he went into the car. I made sure to wave at him and I could see that he was waving from the inside.
It was awesome. It was great timing considering the circumstances. I’m so excited for tomorrow and thursday. I hope I can see them backstage on tour!
