so i live in the philippines, so i got to watch the live results show in the morn.and after about two hours of crying, i took a long shower and my grandma and cousin arrived. we were gonna get some school supplies for the upcoming SY. we were at the bookstore and i was examining these pens, whent he store's music started, " I NEED YOU BOO..." it wasn't david' verison, but the original one, but the loss was still very fresh to me, so i got all teary! my cousin then started to sing along (she wasn't exactly aware of my ODD until later that day.) then she asked me, "what's wrong?" coz my eyes were red and i was sniffing. i told her it was nothing and i laughed it off. to make things worse, whe we were trying on some shoes, the department store's sound system started playing "with you"! i almost shouted, "don't you ppl have any other song????" it was still very painful..if they played archie's version, i woulda liked it more.

may 23.

so i was watching this noontime gameshow where ppl from diff status of the community were the contestants with questions bout diff topics. so the "current events" topic was elected, then one of the hosts asked (it was in filipino, so i'm gonna translate), "yesterday was the grand finale of american idol where the two david's had a face-off. now, the question, which david-"
even if the Q wasn't fniished yet, one contestant shouted, "COOK!" but the host said, that she ought to finich the Q first. so she continued, "which david is the runer up??"
so i started shouting at the tv, "ARCHULETA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
then the other host, who confirms the answers (and so happens to be an ex-senator and a very influential host and personality,) said,
"WRONG! the runner up, AND THE ONE WHO'S REALLY SUPPOSED TO HAVE WON IS ARCHULETA!!!!"
i was screaming my head off, obviously the host, (and ex senator,) Tito Sotto, was clearly an arch angel! the other hosts laughed, then the next category was selected, which was "music". and wouldn't u know it, the host, tito sotto, suddenly blurted out, in natonal tv (which also reaches other countries as well)
"when we talk about music, it's music AND TALENT! not popularity!!!!!"
then he stared mumbling,
"yan kasing.... nanalo.....popularity...eh!"("cuz that guy....... who won....eh!")
so obviously he wanted archie to win!

the when the show was almost over, the contestants for the next day were announced which so happens to be cooks. then one of the hosts said,
"yung nagluluto..hindi si david." ("those who cook food....not david.")
while galncing sideways at Tito Sotto.



archienoys who watch eat bulaga today. may 23, might know bout this!

PS: i'm not bashing.everyone's entitled to their own opinions, it just so happens that Tito Sotto wants our arhie to win as much as we do. i just wanted to share the huge possibility that he must be an arch angel!!

we had an awards ceremony
and the head was making a speech
"it is the end of something huge. (and we were all thinking its the end of the year). american idol is over. who thought david archuleta was gonna win?"
and no one said anything :(
i would have screamed at the top of my lungs
but this was a very formal occasion
so i just sat there all depressed

yay! I never watch eat bulaga (wowowee kasi ako ehh!) but I'm glad that they did a special mention with our Archie.:) Hooray for tito sotto!!:P

aww jenny it's ok everyone is telling me the same thing. It's like every multiply account says something about Cook winning and they're happy about it. Well, I'm happy too, but you know, not as happy if Archie had won.:)

Yeah I know what you mean. Each time i log in there's something about Cook winning and Archie...well it's really mean so I won't right it....

aww....well, our archie may not have won,a nd probably alot of ppl are glad, but hey.
he's still our idol.

It's good to know there are at least a hardy bunch of us Archienoys living amongst a sea of Cookienoys. I swear, they're outnumbering us by thousands here!

i know. and i dont get why they like the other guy more than david. i dont get it at all. or perhaps it's just the mentality that rockers are cooler than balledeers so they support whoever is cooler so they can say they' re, you know, "in"?

^^haha I have to actually agree with that mentality. That rocker stereotype is cool? Ahaha. I don't know. I'm not a big fan of Alt-rock. I guess there are just a few songs that stand out, but sheesh. The genre's really not for me. Prolly one of the reasons why I'm not a big fan of Cook.=)) And I don't know, in terms of sex appeal, I've grown tired of liking scruffy, tough looking men. I like the adorable ones now. It's pretty funny 'cause it should be actually the other way around.XD
