It was all good tonight...we needed that! The tour is gonna be great. Can't wait, August 9th is sooo far away. I thought when Larry interviewed David alone it was interesting. David said a few things I haven't heard before. Another thing that struck me...I'm thinking we cared more about winning this than David did. He is just so centered and grounded about the competition side of this. I mean even to the point that he felt comfortable saying to DC that a few of his own friends were for DC :) He honestly looks up to DC and admires him and genuinely believes that DC should have won this. David is just so focused on doing the best performance he can by giving it his all and working as hard as he can. That's why he is so amazing. He might be a little awkward in situations, and that is funny, but if you really listen to what he's trying to say, he is light years ahead of everybody on not on only his handling of this, but I think it's how he approaches life. Sorry for the rant...I'm still in mourning.

Also, (sorry if this has been posted) on Larry King, Carly said to David "I heard what you said about Blackbird" and thanked him. Does anyone know what she's refering to or what David said? I was just wondering because I thought she did an amazing job on that song (even though Simon panned it - he was 100% wrong on that one.) Thanks.
