I was so upset last night and I wanted to cry so bad but I didnt want to infront of my brothers cause they would have laughed at me so I cried myself to sleep.
During school today everyone was joking about the show and I was like "whatever he made it so far and a lot further than *Idol they liked*"
Im so proud of how far David went and I cant wait to see what he does in his future.
When I got home I listened to "In This Moment" and I cried again. David makes me so emotional =P And thats why he has so many fans, he might be extremly cute but he is also so talented and there is no denying that.

I am still disappointed that he did not win b/c he deserved it and it would have given him the boost w/ that title, but now we can prove through sales that he is the American Idol.... also, i checked i tunes and they have a studio version of "In This Moment"... so lets buy it.... also... cook is doing VERY WELL on the itunes singles... his 4 songs are in the top 4... w/ his winning song number 1... what a bummer... even though i think he is good.. archuleta will beat him though...

I wonder when David is going to release a real single. As in, not one of the ones recorded on the show for iTunes, but one that's actually allowed to chart and everything. Because I have a feeling that it would overtake David Cook's singles right about now.

I don't want our David to steal DC's thunder or anything, but I really, really want him to record "In This Moment" or something. Soon. I'm a very impatient person!

I have to say that even though I am really upset that Archie did not win, I applaud both Davids for being class acts. Archie accepted Cook's win with grace and Cook accepted his win with humility and a great show of affection for Archie. That makes the loss a whole lot easier to take. I can't wait to see what both do in the future (especially Archie...)

What I found great about this is that song is really famous right now, yet David got more cheers when he came out than the singer guy did when he started singing. (: David blew the guy out of the water with that, he should do a cover. I hate this song, but I can't stop listening to this version.

David Archuleta deserved the spot as the American Idol... he should have been the one crying tears of joy at the end and singing the Time of my Life; instead he left me crying. But you know what he has made it so far and we KNOW he has billions of fans around the world. And remember... the people that come in first don't always do the best (aka Ruben Studdard, Taylor Hicks) My family said that if we want to listen to a David Cook song, we are only allowed to search it on LimeWire(haha)... and when David Archuleta's CD(s) come out, we are going to buy them all and give them to everyone we know... hey, maybe even people we don't know. xD


...& that was supposed to be my majorly amazing kick-off to summer, plus I lost my softball game, and got my first C in honors math mid-marking period or w/e. Looks like this summer isn't going to be a good one.

it is! i cant believe anyone, especially your friend, would do that! its just so obnoxious... one of my friends (who likes davids voice but is nowhere near as obsessed with him as i am) texted me and said "I can't believe that david cook won. most people thought your david would win." and she doesnt even watch idol! our david is gonna me more successful than cook anyways- its not even a competition. i hope archie didnt take it too hard. its actually better for him.
i think we should all write letters to david. all of us. thats about 4000 people. if 4000 people tell him (multiple times) that he deserved to win...

yeah....Apologize is one of my favorite songs.. ANd now it's become My #1 fav songs. This perfomance was rocks!!! The best finale result show perfomance so far. Archie's really Amazing.

I HATE DC soooooo much!!!!!! I decided right when I heard that Archie lost I decided that I was NOT going to watch AI any more. I had 2 of my friends over, and they don't see me cry and I cried SSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOO bad right in front of them! (They were crying too) I didn't even care though. Then I my self to sleep. (Really)

Wake up! He's a finalist, he has national attention, he's pretty much achieved superstardom! The American Idol is only a title, it only depends how that title is being used. Classic example: Chris Daughtry and Taylor Hicks. Another: Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard. Another? Carrie and Bo, who both blossomed into amazing artists.

Who cares about a title that they both should've won anyway? Kick Cookie back a season and let him steal Hicks' title.

Archie's living his dream, and that's all that matters.

He's living his dream right now, and guess what?
We had part in that.
We voted our hearts out and we should be proud not only for him, but ourselves too, since we made him where he is now.
He doesn't have to win American Idol [although we prefer he did] to be more famous, popular, to sell more albums and record deals.

I absolutely loved this song! It's so haunting, especially in a duet. I love how Archie comes out on stage to join One Republic, he looks so confident. His voice is soothing and sensual. You know when I listen to the lyrics I get a scene going in my head where Archie tells the AI producers and Simon "it's too late to apologize" for all the crap they put him through. I have a completely different impression of the show from this point forward. I am only grateful to the show for bringing Archie to us.

I can't wait to see what Archie has in store for us on tour and on his album!

Why isn't this One Republic with David video being sold on itunes? It would definitely sell.

I tried to PM you, but for some reason it isn't working....

This was one of his best performances ever. Not only he stole the show from OneRepublic, but he gain standing ovation by the three judges. No surprise from Paula there, but Randy didn't give standing ovation to all the performances, and Simon only gave George Michael and This performance standing ovation. That's something since Simon rarely give standing ovation. :)

I love Archie's voice control here. There are times his vocal acts as the echoing words of Teddy's and there are other times he's the one who took control. Such an amazing performance!

OMG, I didn't notice that he looked sad, 'cause I was feeling so bad at that time (some websites already said that Cook won the nite before, so I was kinda...angry about that), but I still hoped that it was a nonsense rumour...until Ryan announced the result. So he knew it too? I still haven't been able to come to term with the fact that he didn't win, but I have faith in him, I can't wait for his debut album!
Anyway, the performance was INCREDIBLE. He was so great! He gave me chills, I can't believe how brilliant he sounded ^^. This one is definitely my most favourite version of Apologize!
