&that Guitar Hero commerical, was SO HOT!!! I've watched the YouTube vid like, a hundred times now!
&&the duet the Davids sang, Hero, was amazingg. :D

When I play all the songs he sang, the thought just sink into my mind and I felt like there's this thing pinching in my heart. I won't be looking forward to anything David next week. =( I feel really sad playing his songs and videos. Everything's just so surreal, I'm like in a state of denial. =( I need pep talk!! *pout*

OMG I just found out the result :(:(:(:( I'm soooooooo sad... he would have definatley been a deserved winner...

But hey, come on. He's still a winner in our eyes!! I mean he got to the final! And he is still amazing!

Last night, I had the WORST POSSIBLE birthday EVER.
First, I didn't eat dinner, haha.

Reading all this comments showed how much LOVE David gets from his Angels. My thought, I am sure David will be overwhelmed reading all these comments. It includes the affection and consolation of one another's heart. How Amazing what David did to all of us. He connected himself first to us, then he linked all our hearts and souls. honestly i cried when they ryan announced who won. i was really expecting that archie will win. wen they said the difference of votes i thought America voted for him more coz he did amazingly great in the finale. but we can no longer change what meant to happen though i'm really very depressed this day i still want to congratulate both of the Davids most esp our very own David Archuleta. for me, he's the true winner. i'll just wait for his albums to come out and i do really hope they'll both have successful careers

Hi fellow Angels!!! I found out about the news when I was at work... I even ask my mom to talk to the people at the other department who has their own TV to switch it to the channel where AI is playing (I'm in the Phils) so that I could at least hear what's going on in the finale... I even wore my Archie t-shirt to work... Imagine trying to hold back tears when I found out about the result... Some of my co-workers are Cookie fans and gloating about DC being the winner... My bestfriends are also Cook fans... The only one who stands by me when it comes to Archie is my mom... That's why I love hanging out in this forum because this is the only place I could find fellow Archies like me... So, keep supporting ARCHIE ok? We need to stand together for him... I know Archie is destined for even greater things...

I watched the finale again, this time I watched the part after Cook was announced as the winner because the first time I heard it I started freaking out and just saw Archie smiling

and...

I seriously thought I got over Cook winning but I still kept on crying.
Maybe I'm just so happy for Archie for making it that far and that there's no more AI next week.

I know some of you will be mad at me if I say this, but I just want to say it and this DOES NOT make me less of an ArchAngel.

And I am happy for David Cook. I really am. Okay, maybe I did get over cook winning. But Archie didn't lose. He has always been a winner. And Cook really cares about Archie and I loved that. While singing his winning song, he always had an arm around Archie and Archie is just so happy for him and we must to. I wish all the best for the both of them.

David Archuleta, you are MY Idol and noone can take that away from me. There are bigger and better things set ahead of you and the Angels will keep on supporting you.

Ok.....so David Cook won American Idol. I was kinda mad at first but then I relized something.....even if David Archuleta was runner up, he's still a winner to me. Why? because he worked his butt off through that whole competition and I love that he left with a postitive attitude. So i'm proud of the both of them and God knows that Archie will have a label so we have nothing to worry about. So all I got to say is Congratulations to David Cook AND David Archuleta for having such a successful season and I cant wait to see what they BOTH have for all of us in the near future.

yeah Archie definitely outperformed cook in the finals. and that already made him a winner. Archie is destined for greater things in life like making fantastic albums. he'll probably do as well as josh groban, or even better! so i kinda got over the fact that cook won instead of our Archie.

I, like Simon, hate to admit it, but for once Paula actually had something intelligent to say! This is truly the beginning for David and also for us. Thanks to my love of David I have learnt so much during the last few months about music, religion and generally just being nice to people. David will continue to be an inspiration for many years to come and for that reason I just can't bring myself to be bitter, although I admit I felt like I had just been stabbed when the winner's name was read out.

And you know what the really ironic thing is? Cook deserves this and if it hadn't been for Archie he would have probably have been my fave. I think congratulations are due for both of them. David Cook is clearly a nice guy and they both seem to care for eachother. I was deeply touched to see the way that he immediately clapped for our David after the announcement and sang part of his winning song with his arm around him. I;m glad that I'm not the only word nerd out there who can't explain properly how AI makes me feel! I hope that both the Davids recieve all that they have earned.

I know that, although I was unable to vote due to me being in my GCSE Physics exam at the time, I will be placing my vote for David Archuleta by buying all his albums (lets hope that the first one is out soon!) I will be an Arch Angel forever, because I think that I this stage, when David and his music have already ingrained themselves as such an integral part of my life, I couldn't stop being an Arch Angel if I tried. And I won't be trying, because David have earned himself that special place in my heart, and in the hearts of the millions of people around the world who love him.

I think that's possibly the longest post I've ever written, but I suppose that tonight is the night to say these things. It's certainly a night I will never forget. Good luck to all the contestants of American Idol 2008!

Ugh. I'm pretty glad that the finale is over. During the whole thing I was really hyper.

I can see that a lot of you are upset, but ya know, Paula was actually right. This is just the beginning. For both of them. Even though, I must admit I was disappointed when Archie didn't win. But even if Archie didn't win, he'll still will make it big in the music industry. At least now he's free to go wherever he wants to. Frankly, I think both of them deserve it. They're both really great artists and really great people. In fact, like Ally_Angel said, if Archie wasn't there DC would've been my favorite. When David Cook won, he didn't act smug and arrogant, he clapped for Archie. Besides, David Archuleta made it all the way to the Final 2. That you can be happy for, right? I mean, to quote everyone else, he's still a winner.

So, Congratulations to David Cook for winning! And Congrats to David Archuleta, too.

Well... I like most of you, am kinda bummer out about this result. Last night I couldn't fall asleep I was so upset.

But I am over it now. My hurt/upset/anger is gone and in it's place is pride. I am so proud to be a David Archuleta fan. I am so proud of how nice David is as a person. I am so rpoud of how David sang on Tuesday - truly a magical and remarkable 3 performances. I am so proud of David for taking the loss the way he did - Did anyone else see David at the end when Cook was singing and they were all standing aroiund the judges. David (Archuleta) had a look of pure joy on his face. Like honestly he looked genuinely happy. He truly is an amazing person. And he isn't too upset by the loss, why should I be?

So come on. The competition still isn't over. We can make David more sucessful than Cook. We can buy his Cd's and make his uber popular while Cook gets forgotten about. Let's just support the most brilliant amazing humble and nice person any of us has ever seen - DAVID ARCHULETA!

Even though he didn't win, David A. will always be my idol. Personally, I think that both of them will do fine in the buisness and I will be the first in line to buy David A's new CD!!!!
