Open Arms is a very nice song. Clay sang that one though, so David hope he does the other. It's just hard to sing a song that another performer on the show has performed so well. However, David would put his own take on it and no one owns a song. Still, I always wonder if they sing a song that a famous AI sang, if it CAN put them at a disadvantage. Thanks for the possible spoiler. I'm really looking forward to it.

I just watched the song open arms performed by clay and elliot in youtube. Wow! this is going to be another big hit by david!! I bet he is going to touch many souls out there, once again and make many people in tears!! I cant wait to hear and watch david sing open arms!!! I am really really excited!!

good song, it'll prolly be as good as we've come to expect, and then some. but i really want them to stop having the themes, then dave can pick what he wants. (if he sang muse, I'd die. yes, im obssessed with them, a bit too much.)

This is a song that Randy will be all over if not done beyond brilliant so David will have his work cut out for him but he can do it for sure!

I was surprised when he sang "another paradise" and not "open arms" as i was expecting it BUT still, he is the best!! I love his version of "another paradise" and it is going to be another big hit!!! When is he releasing his very first album???!!! I want to BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just hope that it is going to be available here in Singapore.

He sounded not nearly as powerful & not at all like he can usually sound so he must have had strep throat because if you saw the women tonight they showed the men sitting there & David had a big scarf wrapped around his throat!

so sad about what Simon said, cos I consider him the best of the judges... therefore maybe he's right
