David was AMAZING! I thought I saw a twinkle in his eye as he was singing. I felt like he was singing about missing his family and friends back in Utah. They were probably all crying in Utah. He even made Dolly Parton get all choked up. The performance was incredible and another addition to my CD and ipod. I can't wait for the studio version!

^ me too..heh, I was like..."it's back" yeah...I thought archie did incredible again. one of my favorite performances. for soem reason it sort of reminded me of imagine gosh...that was brilliant, and the best performance of the night by far!

How awesome was that...we are on board with music greatness. I am so happy for him...dang! David is without question THE BEST vocal performer I have ever witnessed.. Absolutely mind blowing...Can you believe a kid 17 years old has the range, depth and understanding that he has. All is right with world again!! He is just amazing....!

"once again" ? There was never a moment where I wasn't proud of him. He's amazing to say the least, and the only person that Dolly frankly said "he's going to be a great, great singer".
