This is the PERFECT song for David's gorgeous voice! His voice just soars on those high notes! I would PASS OUT if he sang this on AI!!! I want him to sing this more than any other song. I think that if they had a theme week that this song would fit into and if it could get cleared, he might actually do it! I mean, it's clear that the video for this song was shot not that long ago (a year or two ago?), so maybe it's a song that he still likes to sing. I know that if he sang it, he would blow everyone away and pretty much lock up the competition. I can envision it now. There could be no stopping him, I just know it. I think it would even top "Imagine."

Not only would it be amazing to see David perform this live on the show, but can you imagine having a full-length studio version of this song from him???? That would be pure magic.

PLEASE sing this David! American Idol, please have a '90s week! (Hmm... would it work in any other theme week? Definitely in a "love songs" week, but I don't think they've ever done that before.)
