I would like to see if you would be interested in doing a video I posted this in another area and I will copy my post below.
Since the Hot 100 is compiled by combining sales and airplay info, it's possible for current songs to chart with any combination of sales and airplay points. In extreme cases, current songs could chart with only airplay points or only sales points, if they were played enough or if they sold enough. In the latter case, sales points would be enough to propel a song onto the Hot 100 without any radio airplay, and thus without any active promotion on the part of a record label.
Can we the fans from all the fan sites unite and pick one song then request that song to be played on the radio? I would start with:
Angels I choose this one because you can dedicate it to all Archie's Angel fans
Airplay points would be the best way to get there. It does not cost you anything but a phone call or an e-mail. To me it seems that Archie's fan base is divided and all want to promote him. Also the count out of country airtime and would put him on world charts.
The question is how to get the message out there for all fans not just us here. Is this a project that anyone would be interested in doing? I have no experience in blogging, setting up Webb sites, or making videos, but I would be able to go into comments on other fan sites and promote it there.
What I am looking for is someone talented enough to come up with a video promoting people to call in or e-mail their favorite radio station and request Archie's song "Angels" to be played on the radio and dedicate the song to all the Archie Angels out there.
Would you be interested?

yeah i don't remember where i got that one, haha. someone randomly posted it somewhere and i don't think it's been seen as much as a lot of other videos. but i love it aha. SO CUTE!
