Craaaazy Encounter Of David! [12.15.09]

heeeey, guys! :D

okay. so.
this is INCREDIBLY, SUPER late.
like, two months late. lol.

ANYWAAAAAAAYS.
this all happened during david's CFTH tour!
i went to the concert in baltimore, MD on 12.15.09.

so, when i bought my tickets i was kinda bummed.
'cause my dad & i were on the box seats of the opera house.
but it turned out to be a BLESSING in DISGUISE!

[this is when the actual story starts.]

SO. SO.
when we got to the lyric opera house, i was really excited!
when the usher seated us, we found out that our seats were actually pretty close to the stage!
we were a bit elevated & it was pretty nice because there wasn't any crowding or anything.
my dad & i met really nice people & had a chat with them before the concert started.

THEN. the concert started. :D lol.
benton paul [who i really love] came on & his set was really nice!
i knew all of his songs so it was pretty enjoyable to me.

of course, i cheered & went totally ballistic when david came on. haha.
& during his "pop" set, i was the only one dancing & singing along in the box seats.
so, the concert was coming along.
& i sat down for his "christmas set." & i was just so mesmerized... (:

THEN. it was nearing the end of the concert.
david was singing FELIZ NAVIDAD! i was dancing along & singing.
[OMG, HERE IT COMES. LOL.]
david looked like he was enjoying himself and i was smiling like a freak.
SUDDENLY. david comes down the stairs to MY side (i didn't know that he had been doing this throughout all the concerts because i hadn't been able to check FOD for while because of school work)!
i was in the box seats, so i didn't see him when he was on the floor.

I HAD THIS IMPULSE REACTION WHEN I SAW HIM GO DOWN.
I FREAKED OUT AND JUMPED DOWN FROM MY BOX SEAT ONTO THE GROUND FLOOR [it was only about 3-4 ft off the ground, so don't worry! haha.]!
WHEN I LANDED ON THE FLOOR, DAVID WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!
& THERE WAS BASICALLY ONLY ME & HIM 'CAUSE NO OTHER PEOPLE CAME UP TO HIM!
OF COURSE, HE WAS SINGING & I WAS TOTALLY DAZED! HIS EYES WERE BEAUTIFUL & HE WAS ALL LIT UP WITH HIS SMILE & I WANTED TO DIE!
THEN, HE POINTS THE MIC AT ME WHEN HE SAW ME & I ONLY LET OUT THE SLIGHTEST "i wanna wish you a merry christmas... O________O"
I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED THAT WE WERE FACE-TO-FACE!

then, david left to go back to the stage after my line.
& I WENT CRAZY. OHHHHHHHHMYGOSH.
i broke down on the floor, CRYING. [& this crying didn't stop until i got home.]
i went up the ramp back to my box seat & for the rest of the concert (two or so songs) i just BAWLED.
the people around me were saying, "i've never seen anyone move so fast!" & "congratulations!"
i just cried & cried tears of OVERWHELMING JOY. it was SO crazy!
my dad & i drove home, with me CRYING & still CRYING.
he called my mom & siblings & put me on speaker phone while crying. haha.

i'm really mad, though. my dad didn't get it on camera because he totally FREAKED when he saw me jumping of the box seat. hahaha. so he let go of the camera. :/ & i've checked most of the youtube videos & i haven't seen myself! it's because people totally PANICKED when they saw david and forgot about their cameras, much like my dad & i did. hahaha.

i still can't believe that this happened. AT ALL. ohmygosh.
i personally think that it was "God's early Christmas present for me." hahaha.
i thanked the Lord many times & i was so happy.

our seats were definitely a blessing in disguise!
who would've thought this would happen to an ARCHULETA-crazy 13-year-old like me?
though VIP passes were available, i didn't bother to ask my parents about them because they are very costly.
but now, i am saving up! haha. i'm almost there!
& when i do get to meet david, i'm gonna try & tell him about my encounter! haha.
